Stewart Swerdlow's memories as an unwilling participant of the Montauk Project. Project Montauk was a mind control and genetics program also associated with the infamous Philadelphia Project. Swerdlow claims he was abducted by government agents posing as ETs. Given the mind control elements of this project, I believe it is difficult to separate what is real and what may be disinformation. But the fact that he claims that government agents often pose as ETs is interesting in itself. I believe that much if not all of UFO phenomena are a combination of paranormal and government black projects designed to lead people to belief in the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Note too the combination of mind control AND genetics. Nothing new here, the reptilian/demon agenda has always included genetic manipulation (recall Genesis 6:4, the offspring of the Fallen--the Nephilim). So this interview, along with so much in paranormal and UFO circles has to be taken with much caution as to credibility.
