The recent innovation exhibition for the young adults of pre-university age organized by Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) presented Russian scientists with an opportunity to 'witness the miracle' and get to see the creations of gifted children. Leading experts were positively shocked by such exhibits as energy-efficient home suitable for severe climate conditions of Siberia and a robot rover constructed on the basis of Tolchin's inertioid.
TWO STORIES OF REMARKABLE SCIENTIFIC BREAKTHROUGHS
1) Eleventh grade student Anya Shvetsova from the city of Noginsk, Moscow Region, has developed a robot rover. The machine is reminiscent of either a UFO or a silver bowl. The girl calls her invention "an autonomous landing vehicle" and suggests that should her idea be realized under the sponsorship of the Russian Space Agency the robot rover will be able to land even on Venus.
When asked about the technical characteristics of the machine, Anya habitually answers that "the apparatus' main engine is constructed on the basis of Tolchin's inertioid". In plain language, it means that the vehicle's propulsion depends on the movement of two asymmetrical tooth-wheels that are put in motion by electricity or solar energy. While the mechanism seems to be quite straightforward, the way how the rotation of the two tooth-gears drives the whole apparatus remains a mystery even for the most renowned experts.
2) Three years younger than Anya, Danil Bibnev from Usolye-Sibirskoe town, Irkutsk region, has presented the public with a similarly ambitious invention. In just two years Danil has constructed a house which is suitable for severe weather conditions of Siberia - its highly efficient heating system is able to conserve heat for the whole duration of long and extremely cold Siberian winters.
The key component of Danil's design is the vortex heater which is remarkable for its ability to spend less amount of energy on heating the water than the amount of energy subsequently derived from water's heat. While the house is fully operational, modern scientists find it difficult to understand how the vortex heater works since its logic undermines the fundamental law of thermodynamics.
ARE THEY GIFTED WITH EXTRATERRESTRIAL DNA?
Indigo children, let's call them starseed children. Is it possible that they have an extraterrestrial parent, so that one of the parents on earth is only a surrogate. The starseed child is made to look more like the surrogate parent to ensure that it is accepted by them. Think about the ongoing 'abduction' stories of normal people who are convinced they have had encounters with Extraterrestrial Beings. Ufo Appears To Deliberately Enter Mexicos Popocatepetl Volcano

In a new video, a UFO seems to approach Mexico's
Popocatepetl volcano, then slows down, turns and deliberately enters the
smoldering volcano crater.
The video, recorded on May 30 at around 8:30 p.m., is
the latest in a series of alleged UFO events that have taken place near the central Mexico active volcano since late 2012.

Mexico's media company, Televisa, monitors any daily
activity around the volcano, which is about 40 miles south of Mexico City. Last November, video images showed what appeared to be a brightly lit, cigar-shaped object plunging into the top of Popocatepetl.
At the time, Marc Dantonio -- chief photo and video analyst of the Mutual UFO Network -- suggested the object was "a meteor captured on successive video frames."
HuffPost asked Dantonio, who creates special effects and is contracted by the U.S. Navy, Congress and the Joint Chiefs of Staff in Washington, to weigh in on this latest video.
"What I think is that this is not a likely fake. I
think, for the moment, this is a genuine image capture," he told
HuffPost in an email.
"This is a low light camera (which) allows the
vulcanologists studying the footage to see any incandescence on the flank of the volcano in night shots. As such, any brighter lights that are captured will appear very bright, as the one planet/star indicates."
Dantonio points out that the camera created a time lapse video of still shots put together.
"When played back at normal video speeds, the object is
made to appear to be moving very fast, but, in fact, it is moving at aircraft speeds if you play it at the proper frame rate for the
capture."
While he admits the time lapse effect prevents
confirmation that the object had wingtip strobes, which would help prove
the terrestrial aircraft argument, Dantonio asserts that the flying object "is turning at a rate consistent with aircraft, but the case that
it is descending is not at all made. In this case, the object is moving
from right to left and appears to be descending, but it is exactly this
behavior you see if an aircraft at altitude is heading away from you --
this is the consequence of perspective and round Earth."
While the jury is still out on this most recent video,
Dantonio isn't buying that we're seeing an alien craft headed for a hot volcanic bath.
"I am leaning toward the object being a captured
commercial jet passing through the field of view.
Several elements of
this video are initially startling, firstly that the object appears to be moving fast, and secondly, that it appears to be descending into the volcano.
"Because this is a time lapse video, however, the speed
is an illusion, and the flight path of the object and the descending appearance are likely an illusion of perspective, as well."

New experiments show that the asteroids that slammed into Earth and the moon more than 4 billion years ago were vaporised into a mist of iron. The findings, published in Nature Geoscience, suggest that the iron mist thrown up from the high velocity impacts of these asteroids travelled fast enough to escape the moon's gravity, but stayed gravitationally stuck on more massive Earth. And these results may help explain why the chemistry of the Earth and the moon differ.
When and how Earth's metallic core formed is uncertain. Clues come from known differences in the preferences of certain elements incorporated in the silicate mantle or the metal core. In a mixture of silicate rock and iron metal, the atoms of certain elements, such as gold and platinum, tend to prefer to enter the metal, while others, such as hafnium, prefer the silicate.
As Earth's iron-rich core formed it "sucked" the metal-loving elements out of the planet's rocky mantle....

Newfoundland Ufos Still A Mystery See Photo Ufo Sighting
The unidentified flying objects spotted in January off Newfoundland remain a mystery to the government, despite extensive scrutiny, according to Department of National Defence (DND) documents obtained by CBC News.
The documents contain grainy images of a rocket with a long, fiery tail soaring skyward. The reports rule out missiles and model rockets, but don't suggest what the images might show.
Military experts discredit the possibility of ballistic and cruise missiles. DND's Directorate of Scientific and Technical Intelligence (DSTI) assessed the images and reported: "The object is not a ballistic missile, not a cruise missile in boost phase nor a cruise missile in-flight phase. It is also not a licensed model rocket launcher."
The Jan. 25 sighting happened on the southern coast of Newfoundland near Harbour Mille. Several residents reported seeing the objects, including a woman who was able to photograph one of them. She reported to the RCMP that she had seen three missiles soaring over the ocean and it looked as if they had come up out of the water.
The DSTI says in the documents that the only missiles that can be launched from a submarine are ballistic or cruise missiles, but the country's top arms experts say the object photographed doesn't fit that profile.
"There are no distinguishing features on the object to use for identification... the shape of the flame is atypical of a missile launch," and "the length of the flame is greater than that of the rocket body. This eliminates the possibility that it is a cruise missile jet engine exhaust," said DSTI.
Undetected by Norad
The documents also note that it is the responsibility of the North American Aerospace Defence Command (Norad) to "provide aerospace warning and defence for North America," and that neither that agency, nor Canada Command, had any information on the rockets.
"NORAD and [Canada Command] have no evidence to support this sighting" reads the report.
The RCMP conducted an investigation, but according to the Jan. 28 report, the police didn't have an answer either.
"The RCMP... is calling the event an unexplained sighting."
The documents also say there were no navy ships involved, and no Canadian Forces missile exercises at the time.
The government has blocked nine pages and a several paragraphs of the UFO documents from public release.
One of the lines leading into a blocked-out portion reads, "Media reporting has linked the sightings to..."
At the time there was speculation the rockets may have come from a French submarine near St-Pierre-Miquelon, since a few days later the French government announced test-fires of its new M51 ballistic missiles were successful.
In a phone call Friday, however, the Directorate General of Armament for France said that the ballistic test-fires took place on Jan. 27, and not on Jan. 25, the day of the sightings off Newfoundland.
It is not clear if new information was uncovered about the UFO sighting since Feb. 1, as that date marked the closing time frame for the Access to Information request.
CBC News is awaiting the Department of Public Safety's response to the question of whether or not the UFO was eventually identified.

Everyone else in the class chose boring subjects like animals or planes. Alfredo wanted to write about something interesting. That's when it hit him, the perfect idea, something everybody as interested in. Yes, he would write his term paper on the subject of UFOs.
Alfredo had no previous knowledge or interest in UFOs. In fact, he was rather skeptical of such things. The idea literally came to him out of the blue sky! He'd heard of UFOs, but that was about it. He approached the subject with no preconceptions. And so he commenced his investigation.
Although Alfrdo was only eleven, he conducted a UFO investigation of extraordinary depth and breadth, entirely on his own, with no help from any adults. In a very short space, he covers most of the aspects of UFOlogy, even addressing such controversial issues as UFO skepticism, the government cover-ups, the UFO hostility question, animal mutilations, abductions and more. What's even more astonishing is that his term paper presents several solid conclusions regarding UFO reality. And most importantly, it provides us with a remarkable insight into how the children of America view the UFO presence today.

The government knows there are such things as UFOs, but they don't want to let you know that because they think there might be riots, like the one in LA. That's why very few people know this. Usually when people phone in and say, "A strange spaceship has crashed in my backyard!" they hang up and later on when you're asleep, the FBI takes the ship and replaces it with a weather balloon or some other junk, and then they say, "There was never a spaceship here!" The government will sometimes arrest you if you call in and say you saw a spaceship. They do this because they don't want to alarm the public. So don't show this to the government.

In fact, Alfredo's paper was so good, it garnered an award as one of the best term papers in the entire sixth grade class. Says Alfredo's teacher, "This was a heck of a report! It was unique and personal, and I can tell (he) enjoyed doing it."

Disclosure Happened You Missed It

Recently a slew of books has appeared on Amazon from government researchers and whistle blowers that forgo any need to ask 'what if' or 'what are they' and instead not just wonder but tell what they want and what their deal is. Sites like expolotics.org pave the way for a new age of intergalactic understanding and a 'letting' in of electromagnetic propulsion technology, remote viewing, telepathy instruction, and basic universal group mind concepts that we will need to know if we're to 'keep up' with the next big boot in the pants jump of evolution. The Mayan/Aztec equivalent of course would be if new chapters started magically appearing in the local literature on Spanish language, naval navigation, firearms, and Catholicism and how to avoid getting burnt at the stake, to prepare for the arrival of the conquistadors. Though in our case 'arrival' is too strong a word. A more apt descrption would be 'increased visibility' or 'next level' for the next level in a video game doesn't arrive from on high, it was already there in the software, waiting for you to reach it, and by reaching it, one sees it, and to see it one must first know there has never been an objective being who sees these things. Ask any blind man to describe a smell or sound and you know you're missing 90% of what he hears and smells. Same goes for the universal mind. As Obi Wan said, "Your eyes can deceive you. Don't trust them!"
To unpack that Upanishad, read the "Subjectve Bioverse," and "Alien Mind "and know how to answer the scientists trapped in their chairs who argue the impossibility of time and space travel, the way snails might argue the impossibility of ever making it to China from New Jersey. The folding of space is actually relatively simple except that the government has blocked out all these missing chapters from our textbooks. Instead we must study the blueprints of Bob Lazar, and Phillip Corso, two men who've been easily discredited by a scientific alarm system that protects the heavy grants and bodies of learning created by its own people. While meaning no disrespect to these scientists I've never found any logic there, as the most obvious questions one can ask about such things - the subjective nature of our location in relativity to the rest of the universe, the obvious, jarring disconnect in evolution between animals and ourselves - go unanswered.
And when Hawking wouldn't even deign to mention the mountains of research done on actual UFOs for his aliens TV show (see my review here), he asked for it. How can a man confined to a chair for life, dependent on computers for speech but able to reach the stars in his thoughts would argue the need for his shell of a body to be lugged on a craft and launched into orbit for space travel to occur? It smacks of deep wilfull blindness, such hard-head dogma I've personally never heard of outside a Christian Sunday school class. Knowing, fundamentally, that all perceptions are subjective and no objective exists, Hawking should know space travel is as easy as seeing through the mind's eye of someone on the opposite end of the universe, which is no more strenuous than seeing through the mind's eye of someone right in the next room. And that aliens, while being billions of years more advanced technologically than ourselves, would surely honor our self-imposed limitations and delusions of objectivity and only make spaceships that propel themselves along in linear space time, like good little children.
One place the curtain is being pulled back is on the History Channel, with shows like "The UFO Files" and "Ancient Aliens" showing more and more and asking if it's true less and less. Still, for all that, in the recent season they may be going too far. Last week's episode on monsters postulated that things like Cerberus, centaurs and the hydra were results of alien genetic experimentation and monkeying around. I can't help but wonder if the show's creators were urged to push it past incredulity to cast doubt on all that had come before by some high shadowed producer. I don't doubt genetic experiments, but personally I believe the answer to the multiple head and arms effect is the 'trail' from seeing beings move outside time and space which is surely where Perseus, Ezekiel and the Indians who saw Vishnu, etc. were when they witnessed them. That seems far more likely than some aliens, with billions of years in evolution at their disposal, thinking a three headed dog would be real cool.
All I can do is feel down in my core for what I think is true, what I've personally 'seen' and remembered, and that is that our scientists are like parents arguing for the existence of Santa Claus when we see our presents hidden on the top shelf of their closet. But it's a pretty frickin' huge Pandora's box if half of what I think is true is true. And part of that truth is that truth is clear only to those who have abandoned all illusions of separateness, and can think in terms of their whole species and their soul life beyond death, rather than get hung up on their current body, and the 'impossibility' of moving out west, to Andromeda, where rent is cheap and jobs is on the way.

Evidence Of Ufo Encounters Through Mankind History

WHAT CAUSED THE DIGITAL REVOLUTION?
If we go back to the 1940s though we had computers like Eniac and others that were much less powerful than the calculators in any digital wristwatch now, they could do things but they were slow, very very big and bulky and because of their size and the distance electrons had to travel through vacuum tubes not going to get much faster in that type of technology.
However, then something happened. In 1947 two things happened. First, the Roswell Crash in the Summer I believe of 1947 and then within 6 months later (the first transistor was invented). Whether these two events are actually separate or together in significance hasn't been proved either way to my satisfaction. But, if we are to believe Colonel Corso of the U.S. Army's DIA directly under President Eisenhower in the White House, what actually happened is someone brought both him and General Trudeau a filing cabinet of artifacts found at the Roswell Crash and then his job was to tell American Corporations that these were Russian (and not alien) and to reverse engineer them and these companies did. So, from a possible half broken microchip was eventually reverse engineered the first computer chip with many transistors built into it which leads to here.
So then, whether that reverse engineered microchip was from our future or from another planet, what we have today comes from a Jump Start in technology. But, I guess my question would be: "Was this technology crashed on purpose or by accident?" IN other words was any thought given by whoever own this technology as to what would happen to Human history if this happened? 2nd, there was another crash that Nazi Germany found which might have led to many of the breakthrough technology wise like V-1 and V-2 Rockets during World war II as well as the jet fighters just starting to be used by Nazi Germany at the end of World War II just before they were defeated.
If this is where Jet engines, rocket engines, guidance systems, computer chips, and most highly developed technology of today came from then our history was jump started. LIkely we would be about 50 years at least in the past technology wise if these two events didn't actually happen (if they did).
But, here is another way to look at this. Say you are a futuristic humanoid civilization in the future of Earth, or you are a civilization of humanoids from another planet or both and you want to jump start the history of Earth so humans on earth have similar attributes and governments to you. What do you do? You jump start their technology? And this timing also ties directly into the Atomic Bomb which started to go off before the transistor was successful?
It has to make one think what is really going on here and whether the Singularity coming is meant to be a good thing or a bad thing or a self destructive thing for humans to be doing? Is this potentially good or does this just lead to our extinction because we developed the Atomic Bomb and became dangerous to other groups of humanoids in the present or future? Do digital micro transistors on a computer chip lead to something good for us or does it just end us as human beings?

Faa Destroys Valuable Ufo History
Assuming it was possibly a fighter jet from the United States, he did not think much of the sighting. But in his own words, about 8 minutes later, two "space ships"suddenly appeared in front of his aircraft spewing light into the cockpit. He believes these two craft were the original lights he saw -- instantly appearing in front of him.
The pilot, co-pilot and flight engineer watched the UFO for more than thirty minutes. Attempts to take photographs failed.
But as interesting is this case is, what is further intriguing is the documentation regarding it.
In 2001, I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the FAA for information regarding this event. Throughout the processing, they determined that I was what is called a "commercial" requester, and was going to charge me excessive fees for the search and duplication of responsive records, which totalled more than 100 pages.
This was one of hundreds of examples of game play by our U.S. Government and Military agencies while processing my FOIA requests. When you file, you fit into one of three "fee categories." The basic definition of categories is commercial, non-commercial, or all other.
What you pay for the request and records is dependent on which category you fit into. Commercial is the most expensive, wherein you pay for everything; search, document review and duplication. Their search fees can range from 45-85 an hour, so if they want to send you a large bill, they certainly can! (In one FOIA case, the NSA gave me an estimated cost of 8,000 just to search for records. If I paid that amount, I was told I may not even receive one page of responsive material. Think about it, 8,000 for nothing.)
After a telephone conversation with Jean Mahoney on June 5, 2001, I was told I could withdraw my request and the documents would be sent to me free of charge. Although I do not have record of it since it was sent on a crashed computer which lost its data, I know I sent an email withdrawing my request in hopes to receive the package.
The package never came. Unfortunately, I received a letter in the mail that stated, "On June 5, 2001, I contacted you to by telephone and discussed the fees for search, review, and duplication of documents pertaining to your May 9, 2001, request for UFO sightings in or around Alaska between 1981 and 1988. We have determined that you would be considered a commercial requester and would be charged for all search, review, and duplication of the records. I advised you that approximately 107 pages of documents could be made available to you outside of the FOlA without fees. These documents do not include radar tracking data and simulated radar data for JL1628. It was agreed that you would withdraw your request by either fax (907-271-2800) or E-Mail (jean.Mahoney@faa.gov) and l would forward the 107 pages to you on receipt of your withdrawal."
"As of this date, I have not received your withdrawal. If I have not heard from you by July 12, 2001, we will consider your request cancelled. In addition, all documents pertaining to this UFO citing [sic] will be destroyed in 30 days from the date of this letter."
Due to irrelevant circumstances, I did not read this letter until the thirty day deadline had come and gone. Of course, I feared the worst; that the documents were destroyed.
Subsequent e-mails and letters regarding the documents went unanswered, and due to multiple other FOIA cases that I filed, I let this one slip away and forgot about it.
So recently, I decided to open up many of the past cases of The Black Vault, to see what documents might have surfaced since I originally filed. I came across this letter, remembered my original frustration, and re-filed a FOIA request to see if anything came up.
I was told that the documents were destroyed. The biggest question was why? Why is it that if the letter that was sent to me remained unanswered, that the documents would be destroyed? They claim due to their records retention schedule (how long certain records are kept) authorized such a destruction.
Was it coincidence that my letter came thirty days before they would destroy the documents? Or did my request prompt them to destroy the documents?
Although I try not to create such conspiratorial scenarios, it makes one wonder. It's possible these documents are floating around in some investigators filing cabinets -- and they are somewhat in the "public domain." But that isn't the point. The larger issue is that these types of games are being played while processing FOIA requests, and the true spirit of government openness and transparency is too often ignored at nearly every level. As a result - important historical records are being destroyed.
Interestingly, I was able to uncover a reference to the JAL-1628 UFO encounter through another FAA facility. Also, making anyone suspicious of how agencies are processing FOIA requests. One office says all documents relating to the event were destroyed. Another office of the SAME AGENCY says here are two pages referencing the incident.
The newly found record is what is known as an "Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing" or ASIAS report. Although not very descriptive, at least from a historical standpoint, the UFO case remains a part of documented history, at least for now.
Yet in the future, these references presumably will be destroyed, completely wiping out the fact that this event ever happened. Even though the UFO community has long debated this case since it occurred, it sparks the question of how many others do we not know? The U.S. Government and Military maintains records dating back decades, even a century. Many don't realize that classified records exist prior to World War II even beginning!
But yet a 1986 UFO encounter is something they quickly want to shred. And to think, seventeen years prior, Project Blue Book and the entire military and government powerhouse adopted the notion that UFOs were easily identifiable and explainable.

Owl Dreams Aliens Screen Memories And The Fourth Kind
Owls have frequently been recorded as being an occurrence within the recalled memories of those under hypnosis who have experienced 'missing time'. Disclosure On Ufo And Extraterrestrial Life Coming Soon
A very interesting article on Examiner.com was released October 21, 2009 on UFO and Extraterrestrial Disclosure, stating that there are international plans to disclose information on this subject to the public before the end of 2009. The main points of the article that I find most interesting are high-ranking whistleblowers from the United States Government coming out and explaining plans for disclosure.
One of those high ranked whistleblowers is Dr. Pete Peterson. He revealed that "Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly."
David Wilcock, a prominent researcher of emerging scientific paradigms claims that "a 2-hour international TV special has already been booked that will introduce an alien species, similar to humans, to the world."
Popular NASA and space researcher Richard Hoagland has publically come forward to reveal the truth behind NASA's October 9th LCROSS mission to "bomb the moon" stating that "LCROSS is part of a carefully constructed campaign to prepare the populace for imminent disclosure. The President of the United States will soon announce that scientists have discovered ruins on the moon, he added. Nobody saw the LCROSS debris plume because the probes struck a building which swallowed the effects of the explosion."

If you are not reading "Doubtful News", then start - at least if you want to know some of the actual circumstances behind otherwise sensationalized stories of alleged paranormal events. The DN team, which includes editor Sharon Hill, put its readers on the trail of a case last week that South Florida NBC affiliate WBBH News billed as a "UFO caught on surveillance."
The reported hovering light
The story making the rounds involved supposedly strange lights hovering over a pool and recorded on a video camera. Readers who had some experience with such circumstances, such as Will Radik of the "Bad Skeptic" blog, made short work of reviewing the video footage.
"Too bad they didn't ask me, or anyone else who's worn glasses their entire life," Mr. Radik wrote en route to explaining the reported phenomena was probably light shining through a water droplet. In all likelihood, moisture formed on the protruding camera structure and reflected surrounding light. Viewers unfamiliar with the effect inaccurately assumed the light covered a much larger area, subjectively interpreting it to hover over the pool as compared to being much smaller and within inches of the camera lens.

KENTUCKY UFO
"Doubtful News" offered its readers a heads up on a story "Wired"published this morning. The article provided an explanation for a UFO sighting in Kentucky that gained media attention during October, 2012.
The "Appalachian News-Express", CNN and others reported at the time that the Kentucky State Police received multiple calls about a high-flying unidentified object. A UFO website by the name of Ashtar Command Crew apparently linked to the news as"ostensible proof of continuing visits from the Galactic Federation fleet."

Actually, it was proof of Google. Rich DeVaul and his Google team knew the object was one of their solar powered balloons, "Wired"reported today. The Kentucky UFO was a test of Project Loon, a program that equips balloons floating at some 60,000 feet with the means to provide wireless Internet to areas not currently receiving service.
There is more man-made stuff than ever in the sky. Accurately identifying it and exercising some restraint in jumping to premature conclusions are responsible ways to contribute positively to the UFO community. It is then - by conducting reasonable assessments - that we provide ourselves the best opportunities to isolate what truly interesting circumstances might exist.

I done know what was holding me up but felt like I was being held up by something. In my head I was being told not to look to my left. It felt like a being are something was beside me but kept telling me not to look. Anyway straight ahead there was earth I was being shown South America for some reason. Beyond earth there was the moon. I looked up there were a billion stars as far as I could see. I have seen stars in the sky but not like this. I remember a slight breeze blowing my bangs I dont know where the wind was coming from but it was a slight breeze. When I woke up I was back in my bed and remembered all of the above. Everybody I have told has laughed at me. Every thing I saw was in color. I dont think you dream in color. If it was a dream it was so vivid that was a year ago. I remembered it as if it was yesterday. I know I felt happy and in awh of the heavens and the earth and moon. Beautiful is an understatement. I bet there was more to this but what ever enity wipe out some of my memory and only let me remember this. Please dont laugh this is a true story. I will take a polygraph test or be hypnotized.
