"I have recently finished a manuscript, Space-Time Illusions": "A Transhumanist Exploration of Jacques Vallee's Interdimensional UFO Hypothesis", soon to be submitted for publication consideration. The manuscript, which has received feedback from a number of scholars in such fields as quantum physics, information technology, and the humanities, explores and sheds light on the most well-known but often misunderstood components of Jacques Vallee's UFO ideas, and to a lesser extent the hypotheses of the late transhumanist and futurist Mac Tonnies, who will have passed away two years ago in 2009 this October 18. The manuscript documents that the "dimensions" involved in Vallee's Interdimensional Hypothesis are not the extra, higher, or parallel dimensions of spacetime advocated by modern String Theory or Quantum Physics, because Vallee posits that spacetime and its idea of dimensions are ultimately based on cognitive illusions generated by cultural developments. The dimensions involved in Vallee's hypothesis, according to his own generally overlooked specification, are matter and consciousness which are linked by information and probability. The Interdimensional Hypothesis therefore posits that UFOs may come from an order of reality or multiverse beyond space and time in which matter and consciousness are inseparable. The "dimensions" alluded to by Vallee are specifically the domains of matter and consciousness, not of spacetime. The manuscript compares Vallee's idea of the unity of matter and consciousness to David Bohm's theory of the Implicate Order, according to which mind and matter are generated by an underlying Implicate Order which consists of pre-consciousness and pre-matter existing as a single, interpenetrating, and inseparable phenomenon. That UFOs exhibit simultaneous physical and immaterial aspects suggests that the phenomenon is neither material nor immaterial in the normal senses of those terms, but that it may instead originate from a technology that has mastered Bohm's Implicate Order which lacks spacetime and which consists of an inseparable pre-matter and pre-consciousness that generates matter and consciousness in the domain of illusory spacetime. In this way, a technological mastery of the common ground behind matter and consciousness might help explain the UFO phenomenon. Vallee's multiverse may be essentially the same as Bohm's Implicate Order.
Building on Transhumanism's contention that a post-Singularity posthumanity would likely be able to travel backwards in time and to construct virtual or matrix computer worlds (as postulated by Nick Bostrom of Oxford University), and based on Vallee's theory that the world functions as a domain of information strikingly similar to that of a computer technology, and his further contention that UFOs could come from "anywhen," we explore the possibility that UFOs might represent an intrusion into our world by posthuman creators of a future earth or even cosmic matrix simulation program which we might indeed inhabit. That is, the breakthrough to Kurzweil's Singularity may have occurred already, and we may be presently living in a matrix program created by our own posthuman descendants in what we would consider our future. The matrix program might be constructed not on the basis of nanotechnology, but on a mastery of Bohm's Implicate Order, and UFOs might thus involve a similar mastery of the Implicate Order which if harnessed could give posthumans the very power of creation, not only of matter, but of consciousness as well. With such a technology, physical matter, consciousness, and spacetime could all be transcended at will.
Whereas Transhumanism argues that posthumanity, about a few decades in our own future, would use nanotechnology, we argue that a mastery of the Implicate Order lies perhaps a few centuries in our future when posthumans might reach a further stage we call "homo mechanicus". By this term we mean that the Singularity may not be reached by Artificial Intelligence in the form of a machine, but that humanity's biology might instead be merged with technology, producing a mechanized humanity, along the lines of mathematician and sci-fi author Vernor Vinge's theory of IA (Intelligence Amplification) in contrast to AI. Such a "homo mechanicus" may be interacting with their own ancestors (us) in a cosmic matrix program they have created by manipulation of the Implicate Order. They may have been inserting themselves into the matrix program since the beginning of human history, perhaps in order to observe their human ancestors. We explore some possible motivations for this interaction, based in part on musings by French philosopher Jean Baudrillard, whose phrase "the desert of the real" is quoted in the movie "The Matrix". Baudrillard has suggested that the computer might become a prosthetic device of the human mind, leading to a possible combination of a coexisting super-intelligence and stunted intellect and emotions. This might help explain the often reported mechanical and mentally or emotionally awkward behavior of UFO occupants.
We must stress that we are not suggesting that UFOs and their occupants are humans like us who are time travelers from the future, a hypothesis that has been circulated for several years. That would not be the case if, as Vallee argues, time is ultimately an illusion. As Einstein's colleague Kurt G"odel insisted, if time does not exist (especially in a linear mode), then there can be no time travel, since one cannot travel in something that does not exist. What we are instead referring to is the possibility that UFO technology may represent an ability to navigate the entirety of a spaceless and timeless block universe in which all perceptual points in what consciousness mistakenly interprets as time and space coexist simultaneously as a single and undivided whole. We must also stress that the matrix world we are positing would not be an illusory or artificial simulation as in the movie "The Matrix", since with mastery of the Implicate Order and thus of the power of creation, an advanced intelligence could create a matrix that employs a holograph-like program with mass. Thus "homo mechanicus" could spawn an entirely real as well as physical universe by means of artificially setting up the conditions which self-generate the singularity necessary to set in motion a cosmic existence.
Invoking Vallee's comparison of UFOs to a television set, which is simultaneously both physical (the actual machine) and immaterial (the images emanating from the screen), we suggest that the imagery of UFOs and of their occupants may not represent how the technology and the operators behind the phenomenon may actually appear. The hidden technology involved may instead be a computer-like mechanism operated by "homo mechanicus "which uses information code to generate and maintain the posited cosmic matrix program, and that generates the imagery of UFOs and humanoid-like occupants as part of their interaction with us in the program. The physical effects sometimes associated with UFO encounters will be caused by the unseen technology that generates UFO and UFO occupants imagery, and not by what appears to be the physical objects or beings (which are most likely not integrally or enduringly physical but only temporarily solid holograph-like programs constructed on the basis of an Implicate Order technology) that are witnessed by experiencers. Such imagery very likely could actually be generated in part by the interaction of the technology with our own cultural and archetypal-based expectations, as Greg Bishop has suggested in his many intriguing speculations on the UFO enigma. That our own consciousness could be more centrally relevant to understanding the UFO phenomenon than the idea of physical spacecraft coming from other star systems has also been advocated by Micah Hanks in his "Magic, Mysticism, and the Molecule" (2010).
I detail how Mac Tonnies entertained similar UFO matrix ideas, and I conclude that Tonnies' Cryptoterrestrials might indeed be a parallel race alongside our own, but that they may be from what we consider our future rather than only from our perceived past, and that the Cryptoterrestrials may be none other than posthumanity, our own descendants. While our hypothesis is not currently scientifically falsifiable, certain aspects of it may be so within just a few decades if projections concerning the coming Singularity continue to obtain via Moore's Law.

This report covers a stunning multiple witness sighting of a disc-shaped craft seen in the area of Sheldon in 1972. It features a detailed overview of the experience provided by one of the witnesses, a written statement from one of the other witnesses and numerous drawings.
SIGHTING DETAILS
Back in 1972 Sarah was 12 years old. She and her family used to live on the Coventry Road on the outskirts of Solihull. The houses at this location are up on an embankment and are very close to the South West corner of Birmingham International Airport.

It was 8pm on the evening of 14thSeptmeber 1972. Due to the time of year it was already dark, and the weather was cold but still. From what she remembers she was outside the front of the house. She looked to the North and saw a disc-shaped object in the gap between two trees growing on the embankment. She pointed the object out to her mother, younger sister Karen and several neighbours, who were also present.

The UFO was a smooth curved metallic disc. From their position it filled the 15 foot gap between the trees. It appeared to be around 200 yards away from them on the other side of the Coventry Road, and they were viewing it at an angle of about 45 degrees. Sarah estimates it was about 20 feet in diameter, and about 15 feet in depth. Around the circumference of the object were two rows of bright multicoloured lights. One of these rows were moving in a clockwise direction and the other moving anti-clockwise. Sarah wonders if these lights were the UFO's power source. There were no other markings on the object but it was clearly visible.

The object was hovering completely still in the air. As they continued to watch, Sarah noticed that there were a number of helicopters moving around in the sky near to it. They appeared to be observing it. Everyone continued to excitedly watch what was happening for 20 minutes. After this time, the object suddenly vanished. To Sarah's recollection, nobody observed the object through binoculars or attempted to photograph or video it.
After the experience, Sarah says that everyone was strangely quiet about what they'd seen. Nobody spoke about the incident for a number of months. She thinks perhaps this was due to how shocked everyone was.
SIGHTING ANALYSIS
This is a very impressive sighting, and one which has all the hallmarks of a genuine craft sighting rather than mis-identification of something mundane. It was clear that it was a metallic disc with rows of coloured lights. Due to the fact it was observed for a good period of time by multiple witnesses it must have been actually present in the sky and not a visual hallucination of any kind. Due to the relative close proximity of the object it is clear that it was not any known commercial/military helicopter or aircraft.
There are a number of reasons why it is very unlikely to have been an electronically lit inflatable. Firstly it remained completely stationary for 20 minutes. If it was a balloon it would certainly have drifted during this time on air currents. The only way in which it could have remained stationary for so long would be if it was tethered. But then how would the object have suddenly completely vanished from view? It would have remained until it was pulled back down to the ground.
Also we need to take into consideration the fact that helicopters seemed to be observing the object. This suggests that individuals at Birmingham airport were aware of the presence of the object, and had sent out helicopters to get a closer look at it. If it was nothing more than an inflatable then they would have quickly lost interest in it. If it was tethered, it would have been pulled down. An unusual aerial object this near to the airport would certainly have caused concern and possibly viewed as a hazard to planes taking off or landing at the airport. In October 2012 I investigated an incident involving a black sphere over Sheldon within 1/2 mile of the Coventry Road. In this case the airport sent out a police helicopter to locate the object and planes were also redirected for a number of hours (Click here for the official case report) Could something similar have occurred here?
It is also unlikely that the object was some kind of remote controlled model designed to look like a UFO. It appeared to be quite large in size, so would have needed quite a considerable method of propulsion in order to stay airborne. Also it was a clear night, so surely the witnesses would have seen it fly away rather than suddenly vanish?
It is a pity that Sarah's mother or neighbours did not think to photograph or video tape the object, especially due to the length of the sighting. However they were probably too busy watching what was taking place and it did not come to mind. This is not suspicious in any way, and is the reason why many sightings end up with only testimonial evidence to back them up.
I have asked Sarah's sister and mother for testimonials to include in this report. Once I hear back from them they will be included. Sarah has informed me that she has had a couple of other interesting sightings over the years, which she will share with me in due course.

A planet outside of our solar system, said to be the first ever directly photographed by telescopes on Earth, has been officially confirmed to be orbiting a sun-like star, according to follow-up observations.
The alien planet is eight times the mass of Jupiter and orbits at an unusually great distance from its host star - more than 300 times farther from the star than our Earth is from the sun.
Astronomers first discovered the planet in 2008 using visible light observations from telescopes on Earth, making it the first direct photo of an extrasolar world. But at the time there was still the remote chance that it only looked like it was orbiting the star, from the perspective of Earth, due to a lucky alignment of object, star and observer.

SpaceX, Boeing/ULA, or Sierra Nevada/ULA have been delayed from their original 2015 anticipated start date due to Congressional budget cuts to the NASA Commercial Crew program assisting the private firms to meet NASA human regulatory flight standards and development milestones. The Russian contract is valued at 70-million per US astronaut for the taxi ride to low earth orbit, expensive when compared to the 20 to 25 million per astronaut by SpaceX. The NASA-Roscosmos contract extension puts more American taxpayer funds into the Russian space program at a time the American private sector is being cut to provide the similar capability, if not better. NASA Administrator Charles Bolden called upon Congress to approve President Obama's budget request of 821 million for NASA's commercial crew program or risk further delays in getting NASA astronauts off the ground on American-made spacecraft. 3-3-11 RAF tornado crew spotted UFO over North Sea
An RAF Tornado crew was so stunned when a UFO appeared in front of them they failed to lock radar on to it. The crew were returning from a "low level" mission in the UK to RAF Laarbruch in Germany when they were flying through Dutch airspace over the North Sea. Without warning the UFO - as big as a C130 Hercules plane - appeared and they had "never seen anything like it". In written answers about the incident the pilot said: "I did not lock the UFO on radar. My navigator and I were so surprised we did not think to do so. "Indeed, for the majority of the sighting, the UFO was out to one side of my aircraft which would have required me to maneuver the aircraft to place within the radar field of view. "Of more interest, despite repeated radio calls to Dutch Military Radar, the controller insisted that he could not see the UFO. "After landing, our Dutch exchange officer, on my squadron, called Dutch Military to discuss the event. "The controller insisted that no other radar contact was made at the time in the vicinity." The spooked pilot said the UFO looked nothing like any plane he knew was in any service.
Though he described the plane as being as big as a Hercules it had a smaller wingspan and the engine exhaust had "a light blue afterburner-type flame which was steady but changing in intensity". Two other RAF fighter jets flying out from Laarbruch nearly collided head-on with the UFO and saw it at the same time, the pilot said. "These aircraft would have been close to being head-on to the UFO, while from our Tornado, the UFO came down our right-hand side at a great speed (ie, coming from the direction of the UK). "We were doing 0.8 Mach and it readily overtook us." He went on: "This was definitely not a Russian satellite - I am 100% certain of that. Time: Evening.
I live in Antioch, CA and I saw a hundred UFO's last night in the span of almost 3 hours.
Sometimes there would be up to 6 in the sky at a time, and sometimes I would go a few minutes without seeing a single one.
They all flew pretty low in the sky, which is why I could see them so well. Most were flying in the same direction, although some flew in the opposite direction, but they all flew at the same low altitude.
They could hover in mid air and stay in one place, for extended periods of time. A couple were hovering for so long, I thought they were stars, until they changed color from white to red, started blinking, and moving very fast.
These things had the ability to change colors, either white or red, sometimes blinking, sometimes not. I noticed that when they hovered in one place, they were usually white, but when they started moving, they started blinking and turned red.
They could also change speeds, often accelerating in short bursts, then slowing down again. Fast for a couple seconds, then slow for a couple seconds constantly while flying through the air. Some flew at a steady pace, some moving fast, some moving slow.
I saw some start moving slow, then accelerated as they kept flying. I saw one flying slow, with a white light, then another one appeared behind it blinking red & moving fast.
The slower one then accelerated, turned red, started blinking, and did a U turn as if it was trying to get away from the one behind it.
I saw several UFO's appear in the sky out of nowhere, and others vanished suddenly. I also saw several increase in size. The most shocking moment was when one appeared out of nowhere, hovering in one place and was a steady white color.
Then still not moving, the UFO steadily increased it's brightness to the point where it was so bright, it kind of hurt my eyes like looking into a flashlight. As it's brightness increased, so did it's size.
After about a minute of hovering in one place, it turned red, started blinking, and took off flying at a very fast pace.
This startled me so much I had tears in my eyes and started hyperventilating because I was absolutely stunned at what I was seeing. Some of the UFO's also flew in pairs.
And I saw all this activity from my bedroom window.
Imagine how many more there were if I saw that many in one small area of the sky. My boyfriend was driving on Route 4 through Concord, and he saw more than twenty hovering in the sky over the hills.
I spoke to at least 6 other people who saw them too, but I'm the one who witnessed the most. One friend actually looked at the UFO's through a magnifying scope, and claimed they didn't even look like objects up close, but squiggly lines.
I have no explanation for what I saw, except for the fact that they were not from this planet, that's one thing I'm sure of. No man made thing has the ability to do what these things were doing.
Interestingly, the police would not allow me to make a report and said they received no other calls about UFO's. Lies! They knew exactly what was going on and I know I'm not the only one who called. They are clearly hiding something.
The person who answered the phone at the station even refused to go outside and look when I told her to go see for herself. This was a life changing experience for me. What do you think about this?

The Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer (LADEE) is a robotic mission that will send a car-sized orbiter to the moon in an effort to gather detailed information about the composition of the thin lunar atmosphere and determine if dust from the surface is being drawn up into the lunar sky. NASA scientists said they expect the mission will help them understand similar bodies in the solar system, such as large asteroids and other moons.
"The moon's tenuous atmosphere may be more common in the solar system than we thought," said John Grunsfeld, NASA's associate administrator for science in Washington. "Further understanding of the moon's atmosphere may also help us better understand our diverse solar system and its evolution."
Among the mission's many firsts will be the maiden voyage of the Minotaur V rocket. The LADEE mission will also debut a high-data-rate laser communication system and will be the first launch from NASA's Virginia Space Coast launch facility destined to leave Earth's orbit.
The Minotaur V is a five-stage rocket fashioned from an excess Peacekeeper ballistic missile. Reductions in the Peacekeeper arsenal were expected under the ill-fated START II treaty. While the treaty never went into effect, the missiles were decommissioned anyway, with the last one taken out of service in 2005.
The LADEE itself was built using a general purpose design called the Modular Common Spacecraft Bus architecture developed at the space agency's Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California. The structure is made of a carbon composite with a mass of over 840 pounds when fully fueled.
"This mission will put the common bus design to the test," said Simon P. Worden, a director at Ames. "This same common bus can be used on future missions to explore other destinations, including voyages to orbit and land on the moon, low-Earth orbit, and near-Earth objects."
LADEE project manager Butler Hine said the design concept is a first step toward more efficient multi-use designs and assembly line production.
"The LADEE mission demonstrates how it is possible to build a first class spacecraft at a reduced cost while using a more efficient manufacturing and assembly process," he explained.
In October, one month after being launched, LADEE will begin the first tests of a laser communication system that will enable higher rates of data transfer, similar to the high-speed fiber optic networks on Earth.
After the initial 40-day commissioning phase, LADEE will begin a 100-day scientific endeavor to gather information on the composition of the lunar atmosphere, remotely sense lofted dust, record variations in the chemical makeup of the atmosphere, and analyze collected samples of lunar dust particles that might be picked up. NASA scientists said they hope to understand the reason behind the pre-sunrise glow above the lunar horizon observed during several Apollo missions.
After the rocket launch, the Ames facility will act as a base for mission operations and control of the LADEE. NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland will record and distribute data to an analytics team spread out across the country.

Then they wait. Will we evolve into a more stable society with birth control and planned parenthood where we don't just blow ourselves up with nukes or overpopulate until there is a pandemic which wipes us all out or cause global warming to the point where all or most people die?
So, I guess what I'm saying is what we are now experiencing might be a "Stress Test" just like the government stress tests banks after the Great Recession.
