Ufo Hq Flies To Raf Command

Ufo Hq Flies To Raf Command
British alien investigators has moved to a new HQ to the Royal Air Force.

Since from the beginning of January 2009 all UFO sightings will be dealt with at the new HQ's at RAF High Wycombe, a move welcomed by extra-terrestrial experts who described it as "SIGNIFICANT".

The RAF High Wycombe base has replaced the former home of the researchers, the M.O.D in London,

Nick Pope spent three years at the MoD, an official UFO investigator said the change of location would mean more investigations were lauched into sightings and each would be handled with more thoroughness.

He said: "The RAF will ensure sightings are investigated properly and should pay particular attention to sightings from pilots and cases where UFOs are tracked on radar."

The MoD insisted there is no change in policy, A spokesman for the MoD said: "The MoD examines UFO reports solely to establish whether UK airspace may have been compromised by hostile or unauthorised military activity.

"Unless there is evidence of a potential threat, there is no attempt to identify the nature of each sighting reported.

"UFO matters will continue to be dealt with by MoD civil servants, the only change being that they will now work out of RAF High Wycombe instead of MoD Main Building in London.

"This move is the result of an internal re-organisation within the Ministry of Defence and there will be no alteration to our existing policy relating to UFOs."
