Oregon is Missing from USA Today's top 8 Bigfoot States
In an article promoting an upcoming Destination America special titled "Killing Bigfoot" USA Today decides to ask the Gulf Coast Bigfoot Research Organization (GCBRO) for the top states for Bigfooting. Oregon is noticeably absent.
NORTHWEST LOUISIANA
The Toledo Bend Reservoir, on the Sabine River between Texas and Louisiana near the city of Natchitoches, is a prime area for Bigfoot sightings, sometimes generating two reports a month. The GCBRO has seen "packs" of Bigfoot here, roaming across four or five parishes.
EAST TEXAS
Landsdale reports there is heavy activity continuing along the Sabine River through Greg, Harrison and Panola counties in Texas. Five months ago a GCBRO group saw a total of five young creatures scampering around the area in a single day.
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
The Kiamichi Mountains are a hotbed of Bigfoot activity. A GCBRO member that owns 40 acres in the area claims to routinely get Bigfoot visits around his cabin. A word of caution: The creatures in this area are said to be especially aggressive.
MISSISSIPPI
The GCBRO says they receive anywhere from three to five reports a week from up and down the river and its tributaries in the Mississippi Wildlife Management Area (WMA). Other times, an entire month will pass without a report. Based on this and other evidence, the group has concluded that Bigfoot individuals and families of up to 10 creatures are probably hunting in geographic loops on a roughly 72 hour cycle, originating from their bedding area, moving to various hunting grounds, and back to their bedding area. As with much of the South, it's theorized that Bigfoot prefers this area for the climate and abundance of vegetation and animals.
ARKANSAS
This area is best known for the Fouke Monster, aka "Southern Sasquatch," near the town of Fouke in Miller County, Arkansas. A book and a number of films have been made, based on this legend. Fouke was the first known variety of sasquatch, with only three toes (Bigfoot species can have three, four or five toes), and are aggressive, prone to killing pigs and terrorizing people. Landsdale believes the three toed creatures may be inbreeding, making them more aggressive than their four and five-toed cousins.
GEORGIA
The Appalachian Mountains in the northwest part of the state, particularly near the Benton-MacKaye Trail off Highway 515, are said to get sightings four or five times a month. Though this is one of the hottest parts of Georgia, caves provide refuge from the heat and there is abundant vegetation and animals.
WASHINGTON STATE
The west coastal areas of Washington State have several reports of sightings, including Kitsap County, which has had quite a few sightings in 2014 alone, as well as Bumping Lake and Skooum Valley. The coast is said to be preferred by these sasquatch for the climate, as it's never really hot or cold, and there's plenty of available vegetation and meat. Again, the sasquatch in this region tend to be less aggressive, more likely to be loners, and stay away from people.
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
Bluff Creek is famous for the hotly debated Patterson film, showing footage of "Patty" in 1967. Since then, male tracks have been found in the snow in the area. Caves provide protection from the elements between hunts, which persist all winter, as Sasquatch don't hibernate.

it was a day like anyother day,iwas seating out side looking up at the sky like i do,it was so clear no clouds.so i am looking at a what i belive it to be a B52 flying across the sky.i was face west so i think i was faceing tampa fl.any way as i looking at this plane i always wonder what it is that they release from their engines someone told me once the it is call a jet stream.so i will go with that.anyway as i am staring at the stream i notice that at the end of jet stream there was a hot pink light following the jet so i said to myself this very wierd,as long as i have seen this jets fly by never did i see something like this.i was just about to run and get my camara,this object just shot striaght up and disappear.in my opinion this was and will stress it a ufo.it was awesome,and i have to say this was not my first sigthing.i have seen others,but i do keep this to myself as others do not understand.

Let's see what I meant by this apparently complex definition of some kind of irrational ufology.A UFO (UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT) is any observed atmospheric phenomenon for which there is no apparent explanation.
We say that a flying object remains unidentified if the entity is not a commercial and private aircraft, to or military flights, rocket launches and corresponding spent stage ejections, weather balloons, meteorites, kites, atmospheric phenomena (like the Northern Lights or lit clouds), pranksters, and, of course alien spacecraft.
Governmental sources and private researchers (M.U.F.O.N.) tell us that approximately 5 per cent of the Unidentified Flying Objects remain unidentified, but we find one or two problems here. If only 5 per cent of UFOs are UFOs, it must be true that 95 per cent of UFO are not UFO, and this definition violates the logical Law of Non-contradiction which establishes that "one cannot say of something that it is and that it is not in the same respect and at the same time".
So, only a small percentage of flying objects are Unidentified Flying Objects or UFOs.However, the UFO definition is also contradictory because the unidentifiably depends of the king of witness. What is unidentified for a civilian can be perfectly identifiable for a pilot or an engineer.If this is true, the category of unidentified is conditional and perhaps transitory. So, UFO definition is obviously unreliable.
All this is evident, but the irrational ufologists solve the problem easily. Doing this they violate the LAW OF IDENTITY: This logical law states that: "each thing is the same with itself and different from another": "A is A and not ~A". By this it is meant that each thing is composed of its own unique set of characteristic qualities or features:"EITHER AN UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT, (UFO) IS SUCH, OR IT IS AN ALIEN SPACECRAFT."
Since irrational ufologists cannot give us any evidence probing that UFOs are extraterrestrial spacecrafts, they live in contradiction and cannot avoid the logical demands. The identification of UFOs with Extraterrestrial vehicles is the trap that works simply because it's not easy to deny rational thought with total impunity. Instead of reason and science, the fantasists give us a contemporary adaptation of the old ignorance and superstitions.

Several residents in different parts of the island of Sri Lanka were stunned as they see bright lights in the sky coming from what they believe to be ufo.
The incident prompted the countrys Air Force to ease the possible fear that extraterrestrials or aliens were invading the small country to attack citizens. The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) asserted that no such unknown flying object was detected by their radar and that they are monitoring the skies in response to the claimed ufo sightings reported by witnesses.
The media spokesperson of SLAF dismissed the rumors that ufos and extraterrestrials are hovering over the country and made statements that no solid proofs that such claims are true. However, a television channel revealed a video showing unidentified lights in the night skies over Hambegamuwa in Thanamalwila at around 8:30 in the evening. It also released similar videos from mobile phones capturing unusual lights moving in other parts of the island.
SLAF further explained that they are using air defence system to track any possible ufo invasion and that they have not detected even one unidentified flying object coming to Sri Lanka.
On the other hand, a Colombo University professor in astronomy rejected the ufo sighting claims with a revelation that the red planet, Mars, is often mistaken as an unknown flying object or unidentified light. Mars is currently orbiting closer to Earth, which makes it visible in the human eye in the night sky.

I just heard Peter Davenport last night on Coast to Coast AM and started screaming because I thought he was reporting what I saw Tuesday night, and then I realized the sightings were two days apart! My sighting sounds just like last night's in Davenport, FL except that I live in Clermont (the next town north of Davenport), and it happened Tuesday night 12/3/13, around 7:45 pm EST while I was sitting in my backyard. The UFO was traveling from north to south in the area west of highway 27! I actually saw it go down for a minute (then it got blocked from view by my neighbors large house), and then it came back up after a minute. It traveled a little more and disappeared. It was flashing colors from orange to red. Around the same time a jet airliner with bright red lights showed up. I found another report from 7/20/13 in Davenport, FL reporting the same thing, including the jet airliner that came from east to west. The details were identical to mine! I saw several other UFOs around the same time also flashing orange to red, but the one that went down and then up really caught my attention because there are no airports in that area; so I wondered where on earth he could be going if he was going down to land. Orlando airport is east of us, the direction the jet came from, but the ufo was in the west. Nothing there but empty fields.
