SEPTEMBER 13TH, I FILMED ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING UFO SIGHTINGS OF MY LIFE. I WAS LOOKING TROUGH A WINDOW IN A RESTAURANT IN SURESNES, WHEN I SAW A STRANGE LONG SILVER OBJECT CROSSING THE SKY REALLY SLOWLY. I THOUGHT IT WAS A ZEPPELIN, BUT WHEN I WATCHED THE VIDEO AND ZOOMED, I UNDERSTOOD IT WAS NOT. A REALLY CLEAR SAUCER-SHAPE, NO ANY WINGS IN THE BACK OF IT, NO PROPELLER. A SYMMETRIC DISC-SHAPE.
Later, I noticed two strange lights following it, they were probably escorting it, maybe two other UFOs or even the air force?
I didn't have my camcorder with me, I was in a restaurant, but fortunately I could film it, and in HD. :-)
At 1:30, I show you 3 snapshots of the footage: you can CLEARLY see the object is not a zeppelin, it exactly looks like a typical flying saucer.

Everyone else in the class chose boring subjects like animals or planes. Alfredo wanted to write about something interesting. That's when it hit him, the perfect idea, something everybody as interested in. Yes, he would write his term paper on the subject of UFOs.
Alfredo had no previous knowledge or interest in UFOs. In fact, he was rather skeptical of such things. The idea literally came to him out of the blue sky! He'd heard of UFOs, but that was about it. He approached the subject with no preconceptions. And so he commenced his investigation.
Although Alfrdo was only eleven, he conducted a UFO investigation of extraordinary depth and breadth, entirely on his own, with no help from any adults. In a very short space, he covers most of the aspects of UFOlogy, even addressing such controversial issues as UFO skepticism, the government cover-ups, the UFO hostility question, animal mutilations, abductions and more. What's even more astonishing is that his term paper presents several solid conclusions regarding UFO reality. And most importantly, it provides us with a remarkable insight into how the children of America view the UFO presence today.

THE GOVERNMENT
The government knows there are such things as UFOs, but they don't want to let you know that because they think there might be riots, like the one in LA. That's why very few people know this. Usually when people phone in and say, "A strange spaceship has crashed in my backyard!" they hang up and later on when you're asleep, the FBI takes the ship and replaces it with a weather balloon or some other junk, and then they say, "There was never a spaceship here!" The government will sometimes arrest you if you call in and say you saw a spaceship. They do this because they don't want to alarm the public. So don't show this to the government.

Then he saw a round sort of spaceship, and he wasn't lying because more people saw the blue flame. I think you'll enjoy the next sighting.

MARKINGS
Some UFOs leave art behind them. We don't know how, but they leave designs on crops. They are found not only in Wisconsin, but in other parts of the world. Some witnesses say they heard a whistling noise when they were talked to by the UFO investigators.
SAUCERS
What shape is a saucer? Most people think saucers are round spinning disks, and some are. But I can tell you that saucers are very unique and can reach remarkable speeds and do a turn so fast, it's unbelievable. Some that crash have survivors. One guy saw a few survivors die and the FBI took the other one away, so don't show them this report.
ALL IN THE MIND
Some people think UFOs are all in the mind. They think they are optical illusions, but that's what they think. UFOs are real, not matter what. They're as real as you. Most of the reasons people think UFOs are illusions is because one minute you see them, they go so fast, and then you blink your eyes and they're gone. So when you think you see a UFO, it's not an illusion, nahhhhhh!
MUTILATION UPDATE
The mutilation of cows, horses and other creatures is found at farms and ranches. Most farmers think wild animals do it, but sometimes it's... dum-da-dum-dum... UFOs. People think UFOs take parts of animals to study and find out more of our world.
THE TRUTH
Most people don't believe in UFOs or aliens. They think it's just impossible, and I don't blame them. When I first started studying UFOs, I thought they were fake. But then I wanted to find out everything about them, and that's the truth. Did you know that UFOs are friendly, because if they weren't, they would blow us up.
FACTS

And so ends Alfredo Griffin's school term paper. Alfredo definitely shows signs of being a budding IFO investigator. It should come as no surprise that the above work received an "A." In fact, Alfredo's paper was so good, it garnered an award as one of the best term papers in the entire sixth grade class. Says Alfredo's teacher, "This was a heck of a report! It was unique and personal, and I can tell (he) enjoyed doing it."

A review of what some say is evidence of UFO encounters through mankind's history -- from prehistoric cave paintings, to Medieval frescoes, to Renaissance art that depict strange objects in the technically a UFO refers to any unidentified flying object, in modern popular culture the term UFO has generally become synonymous with alien spacecraft;however, the term ETV (ExtraTerrestrial Vehicle) is sometimes used to separate this explanation of UFOs from totally earthbound argue that because these objects appear to be technological and not natural phenomena and are alleged to display flight characteristics or have shapes seemingly unknown to conventional technology, the conclusion is that they must not be from Earth. ENCINO, CALIFORNIA (BlackVault) - September 16, 2009 - On November 17, 1986, Japanese Air Lines Flight 1628 (JAL-1628) witnessed three UFOs while flyingover Alaska. At 35,000 feet elevation, and traveling about 600 miles per hour, Captain Kenju Terauchi first noticed two unidentified lights roughly 2,000 feet below his position.
Assuming it was possibly a fighter jet from the United States, he did not think much of the sighting. But in his own words, about 8 minutes later, two "space ships"suddenly appeared in front of his aircraft spewing light into the cockpit. He believes these two craft were the original lights he saw -- instantly appearing in front of him.
The pilot, co-pilot and flight engineer watched the UFO for more than thirty minutes. Attempts to take photographs failed.
But as interesting is this case is, what is further intriguing is the documentation regarding it.
In 2001, I filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the FAA for information regarding this event. Throughout the processing, they determined that I was what is called a "commercial" requester, and was going to charge me excessive fees for the search and duplication of responsive records, which totalled more than 100 pages.
This was one of hundreds of examples of game play by our U.S. Government and Military agencies while processing my FOIA requests. When you file, you fit into one of three "fee categories." The basic definition of categories is commercial, non-commercial, or all other.
What you pay for the request and records is dependent on which category you fit into. Commercial is the most expensive, wherein you pay for everything; search, document review and duplication. Their search fees can range from 45-85 an hour, so if they want to send you a large bill, they certainly can! (In one FOIA case, the NSA gave me an estimated cost of 8,000 just to search for records. If I paid that amount, I was told I may not even receive one page of responsive material. Think about it, 8,000 for nothing.)
After a telephone conversation with Jean Mahoney on June 5, 2001, I was told I could withdraw my request and the documents would be sent to me free of charge. Although I do not have record of it since it was sent on a crashed computer which lost its data, I know I sent an email withdrawing my request in hopes to receive the package.
The package never came. Unfortunately, I received a letter in the mail that stated, "On June 5, 2001, I contacted you to by telephone and discussed the fees for search, review, and duplication of documents pertaining to your May 9, 2001, request for UFO sightings in or around Alaska between 1981 and 1988. We have determined that you would be considered a commercial requester and would be charged for all search, review, and duplication of the records. I advised you that approximately 107 pages of documents could be made available to you outside of the FOlA without fees. These documents do not include radar tracking data and simulated radar data for JL1628. It was agreed that you would withdraw your request by either fax (907-271-2800) or E-Mail (jean.Mahoney@faa.gov) and l would forward the 107 pages to you on receipt of your withdrawal."
"As of this date, I have not received your withdrawal. If I have not heard from you by July 12, 2001, we will consider your request cancelled. In addition, all documents pertaining to this UFO citing [sic] will be destroyed in 30 days from the date of this letter."
Due to irrelevant circumstances, I did not read this letter until the thirty day deadline had come and gone. Of course, I feared the worst; that the documents were destroyed.
Subsequent e-mails and letters regarding the documents went unanswered, and due to multiple other FOIA cases that I filed, I let this one slip away and forgot about it.
So recently, I decided to open up many of the past cases of The Black Vault, to see what documents might have surfaced since I originally filed. I came across this letter, remembered my original frustration, and re-filed a FOIA request to see if anything came up.
I was told that the documents were destroyed. The biggest question was why? Why is it that if the letter that was sent to me remained unanswered, that the documents would be destroyed? They claim due to their records retention schedule (how long certain records are kept) authorized such a destruction.
Was it coincidence that my letter came thirty days before they would destroy the documents? Or did my request prompt them to destroy the documents?
Although I try not to create such conspiratorial scenarios, it makes one wonder. It's possible these documents are floating around in some investigators filing cabinets -- and they are somewhat in the "public domain." But that isn't the point. The larger issue is that these types of games are being played while processing FOIA requests, and the true spirit of government openness and transparency is too often ignored at nearly every level. As a result - important historical records are being destroyed.
Interestingly, I was able to uncover a reference to the JAL-1628 UFO encounter through another FAA facility. Also, making anyone suspicious of how agencies are processing FOIA requests. One office says all documents relating to the event were destroyed. Another office of the SAME AGENCY says here are two pages referencing the incident.
The newly found record is what is known as an "Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing" or ASIAS report. Although not very descriptive, at least from a historical standpoint, the UFO case remains a part of documented history, at least for now.
Yet in the future, these references presumably will be destroyed, completely wiping out the fact that this event ever happened. Even though the UFO community has long debated this case since it occurred, it sparks the question of how many others do we not know? The U.S. Government and Military maintains records dating back decades, even a century. Many don't realize that classified records exist prior to World War II even beginning!
But yet a 1986 UFO encounter is something they quickly want to shred. And to think, seventeen years prior, Project Blue Book and the entire military and government powerhouse adopted the notion that UFOs were easily identifiable and explainable.

UFOS IN THE 1980S"By Rupert Matthews"
Back in the mid-1980s the world of UFOlogy was becoming dominated by two quite different facets of the phenomenon. Of the two the more mainstream were the abduction events that were beginning to be reported by an increasing number and range of people. The other phenomenon was popular with the media and general public, but less well favoured by serious UFO researchers: crop circles. Of the two, crop circles dominated the media - probably because of the impressive photos that could be printed in newspapers on slow news days to fill a half page at low cost.
Meanwhile, some researchers were beginning to suspect that some incidents that were reported by the witness as being an alien abduction were, in fact, psychological in origin. Researcher Margaret Fry in the UK produced a number of cases in which a witness reported being abducted and undergoing the usual types of experiences, while others reported that the person supposedly being abducted was, in fact, fast asleep or in once case being operated on under anaesthetic in a hospital.
At the time there was a huge amount of controversy over these cases. Some held that they disproved the entire alien abduction hypothesis and proved that those reporting abductions were simply hallucinating. Others sought to debunk the cases in order to prove the witnesses were lying or that the researchers had fabricated evidence.
Back in 1986 it does not seem to have occurred to anyone that those witnesses reporting abductions while quite clearly not being abducted were dreaming or hallucinating, but that this did not of itself disprove that alien abductions really did happen. It is well know that people often hallucinate that they are taking part in historic events, scenes from movies and the like. Perhaps the people in question had read about an abduction, and then hallucinated about it later on.
In hindsight the spat seems to have been a case of "sound and fury, signifying nothing".
Equally pointless in hindsight were the press stories that sought to link the tragic crash of the Space Shuttle Challenger to a sighting of a UFO many miles away at the time of the crash. The two were obviously unrelated, and the link seems to have been invented by a journalist looking to boost sales of his newspaper. Sadly it served merely to undermine the credibility of UFO sightings in the minds of some members of the public.
The next year saw the damage to credibility repaired somewhat. The major US soap opera "The Colbys" featured a story line in which the character Fallon reported being the victim of an alien abduction. The story line had a few features that dramatised the events for a TV audience, but generally followed the sort of events that real witnesses had reported and did much to bring the idea of alien abductions to a wider audience in a sympathetic way.
That same year Whitley Strieber published his book "Communion "to rave reviews. The book retold what Strieber said were a prolonged series of encounters with a humanoid life form that physically resembled a "grey" alien. The book sold in vast numbers and was an international best seller.
"The Colbys" TV series and Whitley book launched the abduction phenomenon into the mass media. Suddenly the television, magazine and newspaper world could not get enough abduction stories. Many researchers took to hypnotic regression of witnesses in an effort to get more details and more coherent versions of events. Sadly some researchers had little or no training in hypnotic treatments and made some key errors of technique that would later discredit their findings. Nevertheless UFOlogy in the later 1980s became dominated by abduction stories obtained largely by hypnotic regression. It seemed that the answer to the entire UFO riddle might finally be within grasp of researchers.
The search for new, better and more dramatic abduction cases became increasingly frantic through 1988 and 1989. Publication followed publication as new reports cascaded out and researchers sought to find a pattern to the abductions and the apparently medical examinations and experiments conducted during them.
Thus far, the researchers had been concentrating on the UFOs and their occupants. But in 1989 a man named Bob Lazar came forward to claim that he had spent some time working at the highly secretive American military research base known as "Area 51". He claimed that the US military were in touch with aliens - which matched the general description of "greys" - and were in the process of reverse engineering alien technology. The claims reignited ideas of a conspiracy between the aliens and certain human organisations (usually the US government in some form) which had lain dormant for more than a decade.
The new wave of conspiracy speculation would soon combine with studies of alien abductions to produce new ideas and theories that would dominate research in the 1990s.

It was just above a single story building but further back. As I was taping i thought it was moving but my camera must have wavered while I was filming it.
So I stopped to head home and headed west then turned south onto my street and I seen another multicolored flickering light that was just west of the road about 80 feet, so I pulled into the church parking lot and faced south and started filming this one as well. Same one from a few minutes ago i don't know. Well I got back into the car and turned south onto my street and noticed that the multicolored flickering light was now directly in line with my street instead of to the west of it a few seconds ago. I go a couple blocks to my house and start to take another video of it and called my daughter and her boyfriend out to look at it. Well I finished filming and went inside to look at them.
