UFO Sighting Location: NASA Happen Cam
In this recorded video off of the live ISS cam that NASA has, we can solid see an orb, ringing shiny in form hanging not far from the arm of the space station. The object is moderately clear which indicates that it is apparently ingoing 10-25 meters away from the arm.
The form of the video indicates that the astronauts were worried about an crime send off on the T-drive, which may be why they did not see the UFO that was marked them. Their aid was caring on the crime send off.
